Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel.


Assist in the training, administration and development of the WOBC, WOAC, and the MI Warrant Officer Senior Staff Education (SSE)/Intermediate Level Education (ILE) course). This will include, (but may not be limited to) developing, updating, and maintaining lesson plans, pertinent training materials, tests, student handouts, critical task lists, ASAT input, schedule development, test training support packages, incorporation of lessons learned into POI, and POI improvement recommendations based on approved Government doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures.


Maintain and update courseware as needed to ensure accuracy and relevancy of course material.


Provide competent and doctrinally correct training, instruction, exercise development, and student evaluations regarding roles, responsibilities, and operations relevant to the WOBC/WOAC/SSE.


Instruct course POI or modifications to the POI as directed by the course Cadre.


Assist in the training administration and development of WOBC/WOAC/SSE POI and curricula.


Develop courseware (i.e. lesson plans [LPs], Tests, Student Handouts, etc) based on Government doctrine and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).

    Performs expert-level development and delivery of highly complex training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectivesEstablishes and reviews course content and objectivesIs recognized as a subject matter expert in the field in which he/she is training.Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activitiesMaintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectivenessMay serve as technical team or task leadConducts research into new training, educational, and multimedia technologies.Participates in special projects as required
Education Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience.


Successful completion of WOAC is required.



Qualifications 10-15 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.


Senior MI Warrant Officer CW3, CW4, CW5 required,  MOSC 350F preferred.  Other Senior Warrants will be considered.


TS/SCI required.


Must have been deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), or a more recent GWOT and experience should be no more than 30 months old at time of employment.


Must possess a valid Top Secret (TS)/SCI or interim TS security clearance when hired and be able to maintain this clearance throughout the life of the subcontract.


Must have experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to the Intelligence Operations of their assigned MOS (either 350F, 351L, 351M, or 352N). The Subcontractor must possess experience related to the current doctrine of the assigned MOS (either 350F, 351L, 351M, or 352N); this will include recent changes and fielding of Army Field Manuals, Army Regulations, and current Department of Defense (DOD) Directives relating to the Operations of the assigned MOS.


Must be specific subject matter expert on assigned subjects within the Military Intelligence Warrant Officer MOS material training regimen specific to the MOS on instruction.

Must meet and maintain all Instructor Certification requirements as specified in TRADOC Regulation (TR) 350-70 and as supplemented in local regulatory policies. It is preferred that subcontract instructors possess current applicable instructor qualifications (i.e. - Army Basic Instructor Course [ABIC], Instructor Training Course [ITC], and Small Group Instructor Training Course [SGITC]) upon acceptance of employment as required. If subcontracted instructor does not possess these qualifications, the applicant must be able to pass the requisite USAICoE-provided courses on the first iteration of classes made available by the government and maintain such certifications throughout duration of employment.


Must have experience in an Analysis Control Element (ACE) and/or S/G/J2X operations or served in an Operational Management Team (OMT) in a Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (CICA) / Task Force Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (TFCICA) capacity.  


Must possess advanced skills in the following areas: Military Map Reading, Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), Military Symbology, Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Intelligence Support to Collection, Targeting and the Intelligence Synchronization process. It is preferred that such experience is no more than 30 months old at time of employment.
