To learn more about the CCF and ASCO, please visit www.asco.org/jobs.   Who we are looking for: A high performing Donor Relations Coordinator with at least two years of related work experience to join the Conquer Cancer Foundation (CCF). The selected candidate will coordinate daily functions of the donor gift receipting process and gift acknowledgement program, serve as the front-line representative for donor inquiries, and provide additional administrative support to the Donor Relations/Events division. If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, we want to hear from you! What you will do: Coordinate the gift receipting process and weekly thank you note program including running necessary queries in Raiser’s Edge and populating actions for relationship managers; drafting personalized e-mails, notes, and letters for leadership; handling distribution and/or writing of gift acknowledgments for donors; and entering actions for gift acknowledgment into Raiser’s Edge Compile, format, and proofread stewardship reports for donors, write cover letters, and ensure reports are submitted in a timely fashion Assist with mailings to donors Compile and proofread donor listings, and support the prospect management program by entering contact reports, updating information on the Raiser’s Edge database, and running queries and reports as needed Serve as the front-line representative for donor inquiries via phone and e-mail, and facilitate all requests from internal and external customers Provide additional administrative support as needed to Donor Relations/Event team What you will need in order to be successful:         

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience working in an office environment
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience working with a CRM tool such as Raiser’s Edge preferred
  • Strong interest in writing and ability to write effectively, clearly and grammatically correct
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills; including oral, written and listening
  • Great decision making skills and ability to exercise judgment
  • Strong attention to detail, specifically with administrative tasks
  • Ability to multi-task and manage own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals
  • Commitment to work within a team to meet timelines and deliverables with a strong focus on customer service
Ideal candidates will also contribute:
  • Previous experience working in an association, non-profit or foundation
