Job Summary/Company: 
Sparks Group is currently seeking energized individuals who are interested in Customer Service opportunities located in Chantilly with a reputable design firm. If you are interested in being a part of an organization where they offer free lunches on Fridays and the opportunity to work within a fun, upbeat environment, this position is calling for you!

Responsibilities: 
• Answer phone and other communications in a timely manner
• Route incoming and outgoing inquires to the correct resource providing great customer service
• Assist Realtors, Brokers, Agents, and etc. with uploading photos, basic computer assistance, and fielding questions from customers  

Qualifications/Background profile: 
•Great communication and listening skills 
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•Knowledge of computer systems
•Interest in design and creative industry is a plus
•Ability to work independently & with teams
