Job Summary/Company: 

Human Resources office support professional for Frederick, MD serving as a coordinative partner to support areas of recruitment, compensation, employee relations and onboarding.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for assisting with resume retrieval, forwarding resumes to managers for review, phone screening and scheduling interviews. 

• Professionally interact and support all on-boarding processes.

• Enter all personnel data accurately and with the utmost of confidentiality

• MS Office proficiency is needed

Qualifications/Background profile: 

• Human Resources experience. 

• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
