Maryland Family Resource, Inc. is an outpatient mental health center that provides a continuum of mental health services for individuals with psychiatric disorders in Prince George's County, MD.

We are seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to fill the following positions:  

Clinical Manager (FT Employment) needed to manage mental health and rehabilitation service for children, adolescents, adults and provide supervision for graduate level professionals and/or rehabilitation staff. Candidates must have experience with clinical supervision, preparing Treatment Plans and Diagnostic Evaluations and be available to work three evenings per week. Candidate will be required to provide some Quality Assurance activities. Minimum Qualifications must be licensed as an LCSW-C/LCPC/Psychologist in the State of Maryland with certification to provide clinical supervision to LGSW/LGPC professionals.

HR Coordinator (PT Employment) needed to facilitate HR processes related to on-boarding and off-boarding, compensation and payroll, compliance and employee records management. The HR Coordinator will also provide administrative support to the agency’s leadership. Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS, 3 years of HR administrative experience. Excellent computer, organizational and interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge of Paychex HR/Payroll and Credible BH preferred.

Mental Health Therapist (Contract)
Independent contractors, (full-time and part-time caseloads) needed to provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Successful candidates must have experience in the outpatient setting, be willing to provide home-based services, and be available to work some evening hours. There is an 10 case minimum required per contract. Minimum Qualifications: Must be licensed (LCSW-C, LGSW, LCPC, LGPC, or Licensed Psychologist) in the State of Maryland and have current professional liability insurance.
