Sentara Corporate HR is currently recruiting for a full time Team Coordinator of Benefits to join the Benefits Resource team. A Bachelors degree is required. Required is 3 years of Employee Benefits work experience.
Responsible for providing the day-to-day supervision of the designated team members for all assigned Shared Services activities. Establishes and maintains Shared Services policies, procedures, and processes in order to optimize customer service, efficiency, and effectiveness. Solicits feedback from Benefits Shared Services team members to make continuous improvements. Provides people leadership for the Benefits Shared Services team, including recruitment, selection and staffing decisions, identifying development needs and ensuring appropriate training and coaching are provided. Works with Shared Services leadership and Center of Expertise liaison(s) to resolve most complex cases as needed.
