Job Description and Responsibilities

As a Construction Superintendent you will be in charge of project field operations, subcontractor/trades and field personnel on the project site, as required to successfully complete a project on schedule and within budget focusing on safety, schedule and quality.
The superintendent must coordinate with the project manager logistics for material, equipment, and field paperwork. 

Required Experience

Ten years commercial experience within the trades
Or
Five years field experience combined with a related degree

•    Schedule driven
•    Leads a safe work site
•    Team player, able to plan and direct successful teams
•    Ambitious and tenacious, yet fair
