User Support Specialist and Project Coordinator
AACC seeks a User Support Specialist to be the first point of contact and provide direct support for the users of a web-based community college student outcome suite of tools and resources. The incumbent will work with colleges and college personnel to provide user-support, create user feedback activities and develop and implement a training curriculum. Responsibilities also include assisting with membership account management, website and data tool maintenance/enhancement, and project management support. Qualified candidates will have bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 2-3 years of related work experience providing user support services and training for a data tool or technology platform. Requires highly effective customer service, communications skills, and an ability to comprehend, research, and summarize information to respond to user questions.
