Who likes to have fun We are actively seeking a motivational entry level individuals to fill newly developed positions available within our company, which will essentially transition the ideal applicant into our senior management role.The Entry Level Customer Service position is a valued team member in the marketing and advertising department. The position is considered entry level to start during training which includes a comprehensive overview of basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandizing and consumer market research.Customer Service Representative Job Duties: -Brand Awareness, Customer acquisitions & marketing promotions- Specializing in promotions & assisting in marketing and promotional campaigns- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and realizing customer needs- Problem solving for clients if need be by clarifying the customerA cents € (TM) s complaint; focusing on the cause of the problem and explain the best solutions to their problem Requirements: We provide ALL training A few Skills/Qualifications in Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing InformationMulti-tasking, would all beneficial but not necessary .Our environment is young, fun, vibrant, & hard working; which makes our team the best in the best in the business!Roles are Full Time only.
