Job Description: Functional Analyst Position Description Candidate will join a team of analysts that provide functional support to ongoing Migration and Implementation activities for a Federal ERP Financials/Acquisitions system at a large federal agency. Activities include business model definition, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and user support. The candidate should have a basic understanding of federal financial or procurement management and ERP systems. The candidate should be able to work independently and not be afraid to ask for assistance when needed; be self-directed, eager to learn, and eager to pitch in wherever needed; able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time, prioritizing as needed based on project priorities. They will be expected to pay close attention to details and take ownership of the tasks assigned to them. As the candidate becomes more familiar with the customer, their business processes, and the system, they will be expected to take ownership of one or more functional areas of the system, lead initiatives to assist the customer with business process changes, and provide recommendations and guidance Your future duties and responsibilities Support functional analyst activities for the Federal ERP migration/implementation activities (eg, business model definition, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and user support). Work in cross-functional teamwork initiatives within the organizations' project lifecycle. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Required: Basic knowledge of federal financial and procurement managementAnalytical thinkingStrong communication skills - written (preparing meeting materials, documenting meeting results, preparing draft deliverables, etc.) and verbal (facilitating working session discussions, presenting training materials, etc.) Eager to learn new functional domains and master the federal ERP system (Momentum) Proactive attitude to take ownership of assigned tasks and work closely with functional lead for assistance where needed Preferred: TS clearanceDemonstrated experience in CGI's Momentum ERP solution preferred At CGI, we're a team of builders.
