Handle general HR inquiries ensuring prompt and courteous resolution2. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation3. Conduct new employee orientation sessions4. Manage the on-boarding process for new hires in iCIMS and Costpoint5. Responsible for benefits administration including enrolling new employees, making current employee changes and invoice reconciliations6. Update database records and process paperwork for terminations and other status changes7. Assist with overseeing the performance management system8. Manage FMLA and other employee leave benefits9. Assist with immigration visa filings10. Reset employee timesheet passwords as needed11. Assist the Human Resources Director with various research /special projects12.
