Job Description: Performance Budgeting Lead Position Description CGI Federal is seeking a Functional Lead to contribute to a large-scale federal financials implementation. Your future duties and responsibilities In this role, you will be leading an implementation effort to deploy Momentum Financials Performance Budgeting to over 90 client site locations across the United States. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the deployment plan in accordance to the Account and Project timelines, and managing to the plan. You will oversee all work executed by the Performance Budgeting team and will be responsible for reviewing, approving and delivering all work related products to the client. You will also be executing and/or assisting in producing many of the Performance Budgeting deliverables (requirements, design, test plan, etc). You will facilitate internal and external conversion meetings, and will work with product and delivery service members to support this initiative. In addition, this role will provide the right person with lead/managerial responsibility and high visibility as you will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and leading junior team members in the execution of the Performance Budgeting deployment, and for working closely with client team stakeholders throughout the deployment. Required qualifications to be successful in this role -Bachelor's Degree -At least 4-6 years of functional Momentum Performance Budgeting experience -Must have at least 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with the Momentum Financials suite of products -Detail-oriented in addition to possessing strong project management skills-Strong analytical and writing skills, communicate effectively and comfortably with all levels of CGI and client management -SQL skills and prior conversion experience are preferred -Prior implementation experience (ie: configuration, testing, training) -Due to the nature of this US Government contract, US Citizenship is required Build your career with us.
