Job DescriptionWe are a leader in North AmericaA cents € (TM) s construction segment specializing in Tower Cranes to support major building projects. We are based in Manassas, Virginia where we are seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator / Payroll Manager to strengthen our team.Job Summary:This position will assist to define and create the Human Resources Department in multiple states. As the Human Resources Coordinator, the objective will be to work internally with staff to assist with hiring, benefits administration, and providing a wide range of support across multiple Human Resources functions. As the Payroll Manager, the objective will be to manage payroll and benefits for 30 weekly and 45 bi-weekly employees.Responsibilities and Duties:Assist with onboarding process for all new employees and manage annual review process.Manage payroll and benefits administration using QuickBooks.Upload new hire forms and manage files in software system.Edit and update employee records including salary changes, address changes, name changes, etc.Assist leadership team with special projects relating to recruiting and benefits.Maintaining relationships and organizing documents related to company issued equipment. Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree required.People-oriented.5+ years of HR/administrative experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency level in Microsoft products, especially Word and Excel.Ability to manage multiple tasks, and deadlines.Excellent follow-through and organizational skills.Aptitude to adapt to changing priorities.Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.Must be customer service oriented.If you can quickly learn new software systems, enjoy using new technology, or are already familiar with payroll, benefits, or management software will really stand out to this employer.
