Job DescriptionFast growing national B2C home improvement company is seeking a driven, strategic, and creative Director of Marketing to support our growth to become a $100+ million company. Long Fence and Home and Long Roofing are an award winning, locally-owned specialty home remodeling company with a trusted name since 1945, specializing in roofing, windows, siding, and doors.The Director of Marketing will oversee all marketing channels and manage marketing staff to ensure adequate lead flow for growth and expansion across all markets. The Director of Marketing will report directly to the President and CEO and work closely with the VP of Sales to create and execute a marketing plan within budget to support growth plans for the company.Responsibilities: Key duties of the Director of Marketing include, but are not limited to:Identify, develop, and execute marketing strategy based on corporate goals and market characteristics for lead generation across various channels: TV, radio, Internet SEO, PPC, direct mail, job site marketing efforts, call center, database mining, CMS system, and all other channelsDirect the hiring, training, and performance, and oversee activities of all marketing staff managementManage daily lead flow for multiple marketsDevelop programs to implement revenue growthSearch and identify other profitable channels for lead generationEvaluate 3rd party internet lead sourcesAdequately start up and manage new market growthPartner with the VP of Sales to develop and implement successful self-generation and referral programs from the sales forceComplete demographic studies to identify new geographic marketing and sales opportunitiesNurture existing customers for additional product sales and referralsRemarketing or market retrievalPosition Qualifications:Experience developing and implementing marketing and lead generation strategies across various channels, to include media/newspaper, internet, call center, events, and TV/broadcastStrong analytical skills to develop effective data-driven marketing plans and review resultsStrong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skillsProven supervisory, mentoring, and delegation skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with web analytics and other online lead generation and measurement toolsProficiency in MS Office Applications and basic math5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
