Target Analyst Reporter 3
Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) prioritizes, assesses, evaluations, and reports information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, combined with related collateral sources when appropriate to provide synthesized product to customers. The TAR writes reports which may require significant editing; may require assistance in determining reportability of an activity; requires assistance in locating reportable information (ie can only run basic queries or may require raw information to be provided); may require assistance in determining the focus of report; is familiar with basic SIGINT reporting policies; may require familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories to conduct research that would enhance reporting to ability to pull information from multiple sources and combine it into reports/products in response to requests by management and external customers. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. At least Three (12) years of SIGINT experience; as indicated in job description. Experience must be within last two (2) years. The candidate must also demonstrate the qualifications for a Skill Level 1 (3 years' experience) of at least one of the following LCATs: TDNA, SGA, or NEA during their overall 12 years experience. Experience at agency, or its extended enterprise in drafting and/or editing for release finished, serialized SIGINT product reports. Ability to author reports based off simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic. Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development. Knowledgeable of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors. Candidates who have served in a Joint Duty Assignment in the SIGINT Production Chain to another Agency within the Intelligence Community (IC) representing agency interest also qualify. Desired Qualifications BS in a technical field. Prior Military and/or Government experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face. Some travel may be required.
