Responsibilities: Overview: The goal is to maintain and improve interoperability and communication between the customer and other DoD and IC organizations and stakeholders, including NGA, NSA, NRO, Army G-2, and other program specific offices. Work to advance strategic goals within Army, National, and theater systems and architectures within external organizations. Provide written reports identifying the status of programs with the aforementioned organizations. Implementation of strategic goals and coordination of interactions between action officers of different organizations. Responsibilities:Clearly convey Army requirements to leadership and engineering staff at National Agencies and seize opportunities to influence design changes that benefit and satisfy Army needs.Continuously engage and inform Government decision makers of changes that positively or adversely impact Army requirements.Work effectively with staff personnel within stakeholder organizations to ensure an understanding of their requirement and budgeting processes, and to have a general understanding of user needs that can be met by Army capabilities.Work effectively in a team environment in both leadership and support roles with varying Government, SETA and FFRDC teammates in a dynamic environmentCorporate responsibilities as required Qualifications: Required Skills:Must have and maintain an Active TOP SECRET SCI security clearanceBachelor's degree in engineering, science or technically related field; OR expertise equivalent with domain knowledge and significant customer experience5-10+ years in support of Military and/or IC ISR TCPED and IT systemsProven experience as a program liaison for a DoD or IC program officeKnowledge of the DoD and IC customer's requirements, project acquisition processes and lifecyclesOther Requirements:Demonstrated capability and success working in team environmentsPossess excellent written and oral communications with experience with MS Office applicationsDesired Skills:Master's degree in pertinent field preferredPMP or equivalent preferredArmy background is preferred Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
