PRIMARY DUTIES: Support TM1 for actual financial report, budgeting, and manage system changes Define business deliverables, lead and communicate change initiatives, and ensure deliverables meet specifications Participate in the definition and verification of products within an agile methodology Generate SQL and MDX based reports in MS SSRS Serve as a system support escalation Assist in business requested ad-hoc analysis Defining user stories and acceptance criteria Ensuring data flow & data quality, and updating data dictionaries Implement and support BI solutions, addressing user questions concerning data, designing additional data models and extracts, monitor performance, and communicate functional and technical issues Define process improvements related to planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Support to Segment Finance personnel with reporting and data loads Refine systems with help from ITG. Drive improvements in TM1 performance BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar 3-5 years of system change initiative experience Experience with TM1/Cognos PREFERRED SKILLS: MS Excel macro scripting experience Proficiency integrating BI tools with Microsoft SharePoint, for display in portal Understanding of Financial planning and budgeting processes, including but not limited to understanding of financial statements, compensation, benefits, currency translation and revaluation, and double entry accounting Experience working closely with Financial Planning and Analysis organizations Hands on experience working as part of a matrixed agile development team Experience with MS Analysis Services Experience with Data modeling, management, and visualization Demonstrated experience with SQL and MDX Demonstrated analytical analysis Experience with supporting FP&A Demonstrated ability with the tools and technologies that support BI (SQL, MDX, ETL, Visualization, data cleansing, regular expressions) POSITION CLASSIFICATION: Exempt #LI-MG1 #CB# Annapolis, MD
