Check us out at: -systems/ POSITION SUMMARY: Work on an agile team supporting mission critical capabilities for DOD and IC customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the system engineering tasks to support a program of record baseline. RESPONSIBILITIES include technical planning, CONOP development, requirement analysis, system design, system integration, system installation, verification and validation, and demonstration. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identifies system requirements for operations and security, and works with other engineers and staff to develop designs and integrate components Performs system designs, developments and product verification testing on power, control systems, software, hardware, and equipment Provides requirement analysis, CONOP development and documentation Develops and reviews system architecture, including relevant user cases Supports installation, maintenance and support of complex technical infrastructures, hardware, and system software components Manages and tunes platforms to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved Interfaces with all aspects of the team to resolve system engineering issues and actions Provides status updates, briefings, test plans and project reports Supports system installations and associated coordination planning EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelors degree or equivalent and 10 to 12 years of related experience. Required: A minimum of 8 years of Systems Engineering experience Strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience in the verification and validation of software systems Strong communication written and verbal skills, time management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must currently hold or wiling/eligible to obtain a Top Secret/SCI and CI Poly clearance Desired: Experience performing requirements and user needs analysis Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) processes, policies and guidance Project management experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
