CACI NSS, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a PKI Systems Administrator to provide cutting edge services within the Intelligence Community. Systems Administrator must have extensive experience with supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). Will be required to solve and support tier 3/4 related PKI system issues and have a working knowledge on terminology used in PKI infrastructure (Certificate Authorities, Certificate trust chains and Certificate Revocation Lists). Be fluent with the following protocols: TCP/IP, SSL, TLS, SCP and HTTPS. Have an understanding of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and how it is used. Will be required to solve and support tier 3/4 related LDAP issues. Have an understanding of remote access using secure token. Will be required to solve and support tier 3/4 related remote access issues. Must have operational experience with mission critical support systems supporting customers in multiple geographical locations. Tasks:* Monitor the team ticket queue and respond to Incident and Service Request tickets within SLA specific timeframe* Monitor the team ticket queue for Change Requests and Activities and provide necessary support* Create Change Requests and Activities for work that needs approvals. Requests need to be entered to meet established process deadlines* Coordinate support with external partners as needed* Participate in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) as needed* Support operational pager duty* Monitor systems during business hours* Provide evaluations, analysis and troubleshooting for all systems* Install middleware applications such as Tomcat and Oracle* Perform upgrades to the OS and middleware applications or provide support to external partners that provide that service* Perform patch maintenance or provide support to external partners that provide the service* Installation and support of VMWare* Provide support for Hardware Security Modules (HSM)* Skilled at scripting* Evaluate performance of systems and provide tuning recommendations* Participate in special projects* Support deployments including ones that require after hours support* Coordinate and communicate customer notifications regarding work that impacts systems* Monitor health of DR systems and perform periodic checks to ensure availability* Provide training of supported systems to team members and external partners as needed* Provide weekly status reports to team lead Position requires the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph US government security clearance. Education/Experience: Typically requires bachelors degree or equivalent, and 12 to 15 years of related experience.
