CACI NSS, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Systems Administrator to provide cutting edge services within the Intelligence Community. We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join a high performing team of engineers and administrators supporting the customers Enterprise SharePoint and Exchange platforms. The team is responsible for sustainment of the operational environments as well as designing and implementing new solutions for the customer. Duties include: Performing Enterprise level operations and sustainment activities, such as supporting monthly maintenance activity. Monitoring and responding to SharePoint IT Service Management tickets; includes collaborating with customers and engineers to fulfill requests and address issues. Creating new site collections, allocating storage, restoring sites, and coordinating site backup and recovery with the Engineering team. Resolving Exchange issues such as migrating users from legacy email systems to current email systems, monitoring system performance, working with users and close support personnel to resolve tickets. Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Collecting and reporting metrics Mentoring junior team members Reference: EIT3HP EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelors degree or equivalent, and 12 to 15 years of related experience. Position requires the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph US government security clearance. Required Experience providing Tier 1, 2 or 3 level support for an operational environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer service experience Highly motivated self-starter who can prioritize requests under tight deadlines and manage customer expectations Desired Experience with one or more of the following: Databases Load Balancing solutions Identity Management solutions Scripting solutions Windows (eg Active Directory, DNS, IIS) Familiarity with Windows OS Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Certifications NetApp storage/management.
