We currently have a position open for a Pathologist - Director, Medical Affairs at our site in Indianapolis, IN. This role supports global pharmaceutical clinical trials. Responsibilities include clinical guidance of laboratory departments, implementation of quality standards, assuring regulatory compliance and clinical consultation for the laboratory component of Pharmaceutical Trials.We are seeking a Board Certified Clinical Pathologist with a broad focus of expertise. Knowledge of CAP/CLIA inspection process is a plus and management experience is also highly desirable. There's no better time to join us! Education/Qualifications MD: Clinical Pathologist (Clinical Pathology Board certification required; combined certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology would be ideal)minimum 5 years experienceQualities: Strong presence and influencing capabiities, leadership abilities, written and verbal communication skills, command of full breadth of clinical pathology. Experience Consulting role in laboratory medicine. Hospital / large referral laboratory experience preferred, pharmaceutical trial experience a plus.Knowledge of CAP/CLIA inspection process is a plus. Management experience is also highly desirable.
