Responsibilities: Noblis ESI is currently seeking a SIGINT Analyst with a Top Secret SCI clearance in Chantilly, VA. SIGINT Systems Integration Engineer must be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) as well as Singals Intelligence (SIGINT), and have significant experience with National and DoD SIGINT architectures and CONOPS. Selected candidate will provide technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, and integration of sensors into complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures and performing technical/non-technical assessment and management as well as end-to-end analysis. Desired candidate will have solid technical knowledge of Airborne Overhead Cooperative Operations (AOCO) Joint Interface Control Document (JICD) standards (4.0, 4.1, 4.2 variants) and supported capabilities, provide direct technical support to cooperative systems architecture initiatives and customer contract/management activities. Candidate will provide innovative insight in the development of new cooperative cabilities and TTPs, provide national systems insight to tactical partners on the integrations of Tasker, Processor and Sensor systems, and must hav ethe requisite technical knowledge and experience to advise on the development of future cooperative initiatives based on recognized stakeholder priorites as the Lead AOCO COMINT SETA. Qualifications: Required Must have and maintain an ACTIVE Top Secret / SCI clearance and able to successfully obtain a polygraph Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, mathematics, physics or related field 10+ years of SIGINT/technical systems integration experience in industry as it applies to COMINT System and MULTI-INT system development and acquisition Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDetailed knowledge of DoD/USAF DCGS policy/architecturesUnderstanding of how to enhance capabilities, procedures, and methodologies to improve systemsMust be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills
