Customer Service Supervisor
Job Description National Coffee Service Company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead our new office team. Fast paced environment; right candidate must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks. Applicants must have: Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills as well as organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel skills Accounting knowledge and running reports Problem solving skills A positive disposition. Full-time role will include providing a full range of office management duties including: Day-to-day running of the office taking care of internal and external customers Provision of administrative support to branch manager Office staff supervision Customer supervision Production of reports (ie sales, deposits, etc…) Other duties as requested. Individual must have good interpersonal, presentation skills, and at least one year of office management experience. Must be self-directed and have organizational and problem-solving skills.
