We are looking for an Insides Sales Rep who will help grow our ever-expanding customer base by utilizing a carefully tested list of leads to set appointments for our Outside Sales team. Outstanding listening and communication skills are a must, for it is imperative that our potential clients get the best service we have to offer. Navigating challenging situations in a professional manner, while articulating confident solutions to our customers' concerns and needs will make you successful in this role. Individual Responsibilities Develop and maintain product expertise, including best practices Provide value to our clients Target new accounts Make 100+ calls per day Capable of conducting calls without script Able to work with a team and independently Instill confidence with customers through clear and effective communication Qualifications Inside B2B sales experience 1 to 2 years Cold calling experience Comfortable being on phone most of the day Desire for professional and personal learning Highly organized Our Vision: Strive to build a culture that is continuously improving our clients' productivity.
