Job Description Business Analyst/Technical Writer Rate: DOE. Employment - Part-time Clearance : US Citizen. Must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Start Date: - TBD Work Location: Metro, DC Description He/she will participate in a technical design Community-of-Interest (CoI) team to develop technical requirements of an enterprise dashboard to compile business planning and other multi-level reporting data and information in a concise and effective manor and present it in an easily accessible electronic format to aid in executive decision making. Specifically, this position will ensure that requirements are documented and within the capability and scope of the proposed system. If any requirement is beyond the capability or scope of this SOW this position will notify the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC)/Project Manager (PM). This position will also provide general project management support as outlined below. Education: Four year degree with three years of relevant experience Expertise and Qualification The candidate requires knowledge and experience in: · Participate / document the maintenance requirements of the Business Plan Builder, with the aim of accurately setting the expectations. · Develop/document transition plan · Participate in technical meetings, both internal and external, to obtain, document, validate and process data from the source systems on a regular, established basis · Provide requirements management support for IT systems · Provide requirements management support including, but not limited to, definition, analysis, documentation, management, maintenance and change control of program and/or project requirements · Ability to develop business and functional requirements to elicitation techniques · Provide technical writing and graphical illustration support · Document Standard Operating Procedures and administration manuals for the support the development and maintenance of the KSN Website · Support ad hoc tasking as needed to include white papers, recommendation statements, email correspondence, meetings, and briefings as it relates to implementation of the IT dashboard · Develop presentations for all levels of the FAA organization · Provide analytical support including, but not limited to, conduct of analytical studies with the documentation and presentation of results to various audiences. · Track project risks, issues, actions and deliverables · Develop a maintenance and support plan for the dashboard. This plan must include detailed instructions for maintaining the dashboard and supporting the dashboard after implementation · Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of an organization · Requires excellent communication skills Company Description iSystems Group, Inc, is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, IT consultant company.
