Job Description Job Description The Consumer Go-To-Market Content Development team is responsible for developing and maintaining content used for employee training and the online reference system utilized by all company employees and agents. This Learning & Development position is responsible for creating and maintaining reference and performance support content for Consumer Go-To-Market initiatives. This is a fast-paced position that is vital to the daily strategic operation of the business. Responsible for the project management, coordination, and completion of training projects, including: Effectively manage multiple, concurrent content development projects for promotions. Lead cross-functional project calls and clearly articulate project milestones, project gaps, and communicate next steps/requirements to continue to move project ahead and maintain deadlines. Author content in accordance with provided writing guidelines and brand voice. Tag content with metadata and ensure strong key search terms are associated with content to optimize search results. Collaborate with a variety of internal teams and learners to design, develop, and publish quality online reference content for new promotions. Design online content that enables employees and agents to convey product and service promotions to customers appropriately. Participate in Go-To-Market core team calls to gather necessary information to create accurate online reference content and provide status updates for assigned projects. Work directly with marketing, product managers, curriculum developers, front line sales teams, and training delivery teams to ensure content is accurate, written and organized in a manner for employees and agents to easily understand. Design, develop, publish, and communicate online reference content for promotions. Coordinate with communications team to publish online content resources and send field communications at the same time. Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to overall team success, and meeting all project timelines. Requirements: Bachelor of Arts or Science in Content Strategy, Information Architecture, Instructional Design or related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in Project Management. Minimum 3 years' experience in training, technical, and online content development. Proven ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of an organization: from team members to executive management; and through various media including in-person or web-conference presentation, verbally, and in written communications. Strong professional writing skills, understanding of content modeling, metadata, and ability to apply writing and style guidelines to content. Excellent problem solving skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently or within a team. Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills. Creative thinking with a strong eye for good design and focus on user experience. Independent worker, self-motivated, and strong decision-maker. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and provide rapid turn-around on deliverables. Ability to effectively negotiate solutions and deadlines with stakeholders at all levels of the business. Strong time-management, multi-tasking, and advanced organizational skills. Ability to be flexible and work in a high-energy, dynamic, and sometimes unstructured environment. Strong, thorough knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred: 2+ years of wireless industry experience in marketing, online content management, or training development. Experience creating content and authoring within a Content Management System.
