Job Description We are seeking an Insurance Account Representative to become a part of our organization! You will investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of the organization's liability in various claims. Responsibilities: Correspond and interview clients, gather information, quote and offer coverage Take accurate and detailed information of calls for all areas Following up on individual work flow Gather required signatures Computer experience in excel and word Manage marketing process Manage office procedures for each account Qualifications: Insurance experience welcomed not required Experience in conflict resolution Strong communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Self-motivation, structured work ethics Bilingual and/or military service a plus Professional attitude Company Description What do you feel you would be able to offer Trudy Grove Agency, if you were an employee?
