Job Description Due to market expansion, we have immediate openings for Career Agents and Agency Managers who are interested in marketing Medicare Health Products to Seniors. This career position is in the Medicare Products Division, and includes comprehensive local training and mentorship, as well as year round lead programs, pre-set appointment programs, and ongoing support. You must have a state health insurance license to qualify, or a willingness to obtain one within 60 days, and it is essential to enjoy working with the senior population. We provide a dedicated support team to help ensure your goals are achieved, and that you are ideally positioned to help clients in your territory. We are in the midst of major marketing campaigns, including a variety of ongoing strategic efforts. This is an exciting and very busy time for us, and if you would like to be part of our success, there is still time to contract before the busiest season of the year begins. This is for a direct appointment, with a full agent contract, and is intended as a Career Agent opportunity. Medicare Advantage experience is a plus but not required. Additional Details: - 0 Premium Product - $500 average first year commissions per sale - 12 month advance - Lucrative Renewal Program - Year Round Marketing and Lead Support - Local & National Training and Resources - Direct Appointment - Year Round Opportunity Coaching - No Assignment of Commissions - Own Your Own Book - Group E&O Program If your average is 5 sales per week, you can earn up to $100,000 in first year commissions, and up to $50,000 per year in renewals from that one year's work. At 7 sales per week, up to $140,000 first year, and $70,000 per year in renewals. At only 3 sales per week, you can still earn up to $60,000 first year commissions, and up to $30,000 per year in renewals. After a few years, your renewals could easily exceed your first year commissions, and the good news is that there is no time frame requirement to become vested, and you own your own book of business. For highly qualified candidates, manager in training or agency management positions may be available. We do provide comprehensive management support as well.
