Job Description Evolver Legal Services is seeking a Sr. eDiscovery Attorney/Paralegal to work in Washington, DC. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Daily duties will include but not be limited to; Use of e-Discovery tools to research, review and provide documentation to the legal department. Support of the Litigation Team in Case review and documentation gathering. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: Must possess a Law Degree One or more years supervising or leading a litigation support team, to include document review, research and collection activities. Three or more years of progressively more responsible experience performing privilege and other substantive reviews on litigation support Comparable combination of education and experience may be acceptable. Three or more years of progressively more responsible experience reviewing electronic and paper materials for privilege on litigation support projects involving paper documents and electronic files, including proven capabilities at using an eDiscovery review platform (eg, Clearwell, Relativity) to accurately identify and redact privileged information Researching and drafting responses to interrogatories; Productively communicating and driving litigation projects forward with clients and/or attorneys. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated excellent computer skills in MS Office Suite Products, document review and file management systems, and imaging. Technical Requirements (required and desired): REQUIRED: Must hold an Active Top Secret Clearance . Two or more years of litigation paralegal experience with Trial experience. Preferred: Certifications in discovery/electronic discovery Training and Certifications (required and desired): REQUIRED: Must hold an Active Top Secret Clearance.
