The FranConnect Sales Development program is a critical part of FranConnect's sales strategy and growth plan. In this high activity environment, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new Franchisor prospects to assist sales in pipeline and opportunities development. Responsibilities: · Become an expert at using lead generation tools (LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft and Hubspot) to identify and capture key Franchisor contacts. · Identify key contacts and target accounts through FranConnect's CRM. · Conduct sales development best practices with email and phone applying a multi-touch process using SalesLoft cadence to connect with new prospects. · Manage sales leads through the documented Business Development Process. · Responsible for responding to inbound leads and campaign outreach from conferences and webinars meeting the documented SLAs. Maybe even add doing campaign outreach (before and after conferences) to help conference engagement · Apply sales tools within the sales process to have effective conversations relative to the buyer personas. · Utilize smart, targeted qualification questions to speak knowledgeably with C- level executives and decisions makers within Franchisors to identify potential opportunities. · Required to generate qualified initial meetings to achieve assigned monthly, individual goals. · Work closely building relationships with sales team. · Skillfully build interest and create opportunities with new prospects to handoff to sales. · Document and log call activities in CRM (Salesforce).
