Job Description: Develop, implement and manage talent analytics solutions that deliver demonstrable and sustainable value. Ensure ongoing capability development of the business as it relates to Talent Analytics. Lead and partner with client organizations to realize strategic Talent Analytics outcomes through the analysis, design and creation of world-class reporting and analysis systems to support the information needs of Acendre, inc. client organizations in the US region. Responsibility: Consulting closely with existing customers as a subject matter expert in agreed sectors, to ensure that opportunities in the region are maximized and that customers are realizing exceptional value from Acendre, inc. Conducting client presentations and training sessions Leading analytics requirements gathering sessions for individual clients Ensure that new system implementations are designed to optimize reporting and analysis capability Develop and deliver training programs to build internal capability in analytics requirements gathering and report building Assist the Acendre, inc. staff to deliver high-quality analytics solutions Where necessary, provide escalated technical support to resolve customer issues Develop training materials and other resources for both internal and external use Design, deliver and test technical solutions that will improve the usability and user experience of talent analytics Create and maintain a data dictionary for US views and standard reports Design and modify views for new modules or features Create and maintain high-quality technical and user documentation Accountabilities: Leading consultative engagements to understand and define strategic and tactical BI/reporting objectives for both clients and Acendre, inc. Conduct regular training and staff mentoring in the effective usage of talent analytics tools, requirements gathering to support decision-making, and data visualization Maintaining the ongoing integrity and maintainability of Yellowfin Views and other BI assets that support report creation and use Identifying, reporting and resolving BI issues Technical Skills: Solid understanding and experience with the use of best practice data visualisation and user interface design principles for reports and dashboards Practical experience with Business Intelligence tools, including: Star schemas and multi-dimensional models SQL, particularly Microsoft Transact-SQL o BI metadata / semantic layers (eg Yellowfin Views / Business Objects Universes) Requirements: 5 - 8 years of Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse experience in a technical/business consulting role Thorough understanding of requirements gathering for management decision making experience with data analytics in the HCM / Talent Management field highly preferred Experience in sales or account management a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Mathematics/Information Systems/Information Technology or related field required Master's degree in Business Intelligence a plus Company Description Acendre helps organizations plan, recruit, onboard, engage, manage and develop their people to improve workforce performance.
