Job Description · Mid-size company $4-5 million per year · 10 +/- Employees · Accounting: Quick Books Pro Premier Contractors addition · Office organization · Answering phones · Cell phone assistance to employees-trouble shooting/insurance claims · Benefit manager Accounting: Average 16-20 contracts per year · A/R · Collections · A/P Ø Receive, review and stamp invoices Ø Vendor and subcontract invoice reconciliation Ø Cash flow management of payables Ø Managing Vendors and subcontractors on the phone · P/R o Process o Transfer to QB payroll o Tax reporting o Benefits distribution o IRA distribution o Vacation and sick leave calculations-automatic on QB- needs to be checked · Sales tax reporting · Business license tax reporting · State Corporation Commission reporting · Check book and credit cards reconciliations Coordinating with CPA for State and Federal · Managing/assisting all overhead and office accounts: o General Liability and Workman's Comp o Insurance Audits o Versions Cell Phone Account o Assisting Supers with phone problems o Comcast Business class account o Standard office accounts for supplies, cleaning power and gas · Office organization · Trouble shooting computers, networks and managing repairs · Computer Backups and scheduling our consultant when necessary o Keeping track of all programs serial #s and passwords · Answering Phones and maintaining phone system including messages · Assist with Prime Contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders. Tracking committed cost on QuickBooks or excel · Processing of all change orders · Hotels and pricing for traveling superintendents · Assisting with job site set ups as it pertains to Dumpsters, porta johns and utility accounts.
