Job Description Global Surveillance System, Inc. is a leader in IP video surveillance and access control. At GSS, the customer is always our focus. With over 15 years of operation and millions of units sold, GSS is looking to expand its team with an Inside Sales Representative. Responsibilities: · Find new clients through multiple levels of communication. · Learn the technology and best practices within the security business in order to design security systems and accurately explain products to clients. · Provide the best service possible to each client by offering them the products to best complete their project as well as other options they may be interested in. · Maintain lasting relationships and build rapport with clients. · Work with the existing team of ISRs to hit goals set by the management team. Qualifications: · Strong phone skills. · At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment. · Ability to complete presentations for clients both in person and via online sources. · Ability to travel to events and work sites as needed, with proper warning. · Knowledge of networked devices is a plus. · Ability to work alone as well as with a team. · Possess a “shark” attitude and work ethic. · Spanish a plus Benefits: · First year expected earnings 40-60K. · Health and dental. · Paid time off and holidays. · Positive and encouraging work environment.
