Job Description Electrician- Commercial Construction Foreman Seeking an Electrical Foreman for Commercial Projects in the Washington-Baltimore Corridor. The Commercial Foreman will be the team leader on; new ground-up, rehab, tenant build-out for multifamily, retail and office projects. Assuring these projects are completed on time, on budget, to specification, while maintaining 100% client satisfaction. Only motivated, driven self-starters with the ability to think on their feet, lead and energize their teams should apply! Responsibilities Maintain a stellar working relationship with the client Manage, direct, motivate and supervise crew Inspect the team's work for quality, code compliance and contract scope Keep hours and material within budget Accountable for safety on the job site Coordinate work with other trades and general contractor, maintaining schedule Communicate effectively with office, providing job updates and maintaining paperwork Qualifications 5+ years Electrical Foreman experience 10+ years Commercial Electrical experience Journeyman's License Strong, verbal, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as a positive can do attitude Possess an extensive knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes Experience reading blueprints and schematics Knowledge of NEC and local codes OSHA-10 Hour Computer literate Personal tools needed to perform electrical tasks Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Pass required Drug Screen and Background Requirements Compensation · Competitive compensation based on experience & training, ranging from $25 to $32 an hour · Full benefit package- healthcare, dental & vision, 401k, vacation & holidays Company Description Looking for a new job?
