Job Description The Recruiter will source, recruit, screen, interview and extend offers to scientific and non-scientific candidates for Tasly US. Responsibilities: Be attentive to emerging workforce needs in a growing organization; learn the Tasly business. Build a base of qualified candidates for key roles through sourcing and ongoing networking. Conduct full life cycle recruiting starting with established specs and expectations with hiring managers at intake meetings. Create complete, clear and appealing job descriptions and post the jobs. Screen resumes and refer the best to hiring managers for consideration in a timely manner. Conduct phone screens as called for by the hiring manager. Schedule and participate in on-site interviews along with other panel members. Participate in hiring decision. Consult on offers including compensation. Assist in closing candidates. Communicate the Tasly employment value proposition. Perform ethically and within Tasly values. Maintain confidentiality. Perform other related recruiting and HR duties as needed. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline. Minimum of 3 years corporate recruiting experience, pharma preferred. Knowledge of DMV pharma market a plus. Strong and enthusiastic communicator. Energetic team player who builds internal relationships and trust and who delivers on promises. Able to turn on a dime for shifting priorities. Cross-cultural sensitivity and experience building diverse workforces.
