Our team is looking for a Real Estate Transaction Manager to handle our office, listings, closings and supports a team of high producing agents by answering client questions, coordinating with multiple vendors while maintaining deadlines and the details of the real estate contracts. Duties: Manage escrow: you'll guide clients through contract to close, ensuring deadlines are met and closings are smooth and on-time Make it happen: coordinate with lenders, title, escrow agents, inspectors, and appraisers Anticipate Needs: manage clients and expectations from contract to close Manage the office: processing commission checks, maintaining spreadsheets, auditing files, writing contracts Who you are: Licensed Real Estate Agent Client focused: you're excited to help people and take the stress out of the real estate transaction Team player: you're resourceful, decisive and hold yourself accountable for the customer experience Ethical: you always do the right thing Constant Improvement: You're open to coaching, learning, and always thinking of how to improve the process Positive: Under pressure or in tough situations, you always believe there is a solution and a positive outcome Tech-savvy: you love technology - you're on top of your email and texts Experienced: you MUST be a licensed real estate agent in this state.
