Job Description Capitol Cups Fundraising - Auburn, AL Full-time, Salary + Incentive Looking for highly-motivated, super-organized Sales Consultants to actively build and grow a territory. Capitol Cups Fundraising is building a business to help organizations and families raise money for the causes most important to them. The program features high-quality tumblers and travel cups, made by our sister company Capitol Cups, and provides an easy to execute fundraising program with best-in-class customer service. Sales Consultants work one-on-one with a wide range of teams, schools, charities and other non-profits to achieve their fundraising goals. Successful Sales Consultants will: Uncover new sales opportunities within an assigned territory by researching prospects, cold-calling, networking and providing samples. Follow-up on inbound fundraiser leads, by phone & e-mail, promptly and professionally. Provide presentations, primarily over the phone, explaining to customers how we can best help their organization. Be effective at closing leads and guiding the chairperson through the fundraising process. Coach and encourage the chairperson to increase participation and maximize sales. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted annual goals. Develop long-lasting relationships where you are an integral part of their fundraising efforts year after year. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years inside sales or other relevant experience Positive, high-energy individual with ability to work independently and within a team. Evidence of effective communication skills, including verbal, written & presentation skills. Evidence of ability to independently analyze & solve problems with a business-focused result. Understanding of the customer (ie. volunteer, coach) and willingness to focus on their needs. Ability to occasionally work non-traditional business hours, including nights & weekends. Ability to travel to customers when necessary for presentations and assistance with execution. Proficient computer skills, incl. Microsoft Office, and ability to work multiple programs at once.
