Dynamics CRM - Sales Operations Manager
Job Description Fulltime Position - Only EAD, GC and US Citizens should apply Only Candidate should apply, no Third Party or Employer Solicitation The Sales Operations Manager develops, monitors and maintains strategic reporting analytics for all current and prospective markets, preparing detailed business intelligence reports that assess projected customer revenue potential and actual revenue performance. This role will present to, and influence, executive leadership on key sales initiatives with both data and operational expertise. This position is responsible for the design and configuration of Microsoft CRM work flows that result in data providing a 360 degree view of the sales pipeline from prospect to fulfillment or lost sale. The Sales Operations Manager must be a strong communicator, capable of building collaborative relationships with sales and product teams, leveraging statistical analysis and insights to aid business units in fully realizing market opportunities. Applicants should know what quality sales data is and help us design and improve it. This position contributes to the growth and profitability of ARC by communicating and ensuring projected sales plan and revenue performance goals are met. Responsibilities Build and maintain key operational reporting data and mature our metrics with new models of pipeline and territory health. Conduct operational analysis on sales data; analyze trends, spot opportunities and provide statistical support for all recommendations to improve the sales process. Provide sales analytics that shape the overall ARC product and brand strategy, increasing sales and driving revenue performance. Proactively identify opportunities for growth or improvement for individual sales representatives utilizing pipeline and territory analysis as well as productivity stats. Develop sales enablement programs to drive growth, account penetration and customer acquisition and retention. Develop and implement corrective actions for various sales segments. Design and implement CRM dashboards (including product specific dashboards) for all internal users requiring insight to the sales pipeline and product P&L. Partner with other key business divisions to ensure alignment of reporting and metrics. Deliver a superior contract renewal/expiration lifecycle. Develop detailed processes and milestone measurements that ensure timely delivery of notifications and internal support mechanisms, providing an optimal customer experience that enhances the perception of ARC's brand, increasing renewal revenue. Identify and implement process improvements for sales contracting via CRM work flows. Propose, design and implement operating practices in CRM for all sales units (ex. Agency, Carrier and Emerging Markets) from lead generation to countersigned contract. Deliver applicable training and documentation to enable sales teams, increasing their CRM comfort and proficiency, resulting in a measurable improvement in the quality of CRM data extracted to support sales program recommendations (ex. lead generation). Enable sales teams by optimizing the sales rep experience in CRM. Requirements Education and Work Experience Required Bachelor's Degree 5-10 years of Sales/Management Operations experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM B2B experience 5+ years of sales enablement and training Specific Knowledge and Skills Detailed knowledge of sales contracting processes from prospect through fulfillment. Deep experience modeling complex problems both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheets, analysis tools, visualization) Microsoft CRM mastery: complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields and workflows. Detailed knowledge of Microsoft CRM functionality and capabilities with the ability to assist with requirements for projects supporting business operations for sales, finance, product management, etc. Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (ex. sumifs, index/match and vlookup, table formulas). Advanced proficiency in all other Microsoft programs. Strong communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on leading meetings, managing projects, driving initiatives, and proven ability to interface with executive management.
