Job Description Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities: Service Management - monitor and respond to client requests for support. Coordinate HTA service technicians to respond to support requests. Monitor service trip times and service trip entries in HTA Connectwise CRM software. Client Billing - Become proficient on HTA Connectwise CRM software to the degree that you are able to bill clients at the conclusion of every HTA service trip. Project Tracking - use of HTA Connectwise project management software to track ongoing projects from date of inception to conclusion. Communicate with Project Manager and Clients/Project Managers periodically to update project status. Work closely with Project Manager assigning and preparing techs each day to efficiently get them on the job. Work with Management, Design, Procurement to assist in improving processes and operations. Respond to client technical issues and perform AV/PC/IT systems maintenance. Looking for individuals with great work ethic, passion to learn, and ability to work well with client and team members.
