Job Description HVAC Residential Service Technician Seeking a HVAC Service Technician with the desire to be the best in the industry! Must be willing to exceed Industry Standards and Customer Expectations. The customer service minded junior level mechanic or journeyman will receive both on & off the job training to advance to the next position. Technician Responsibilities Inspect, test, troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems Learn to trouble shoot electrical problems efficiently Accountable to company procedures Follow safety practices & policies Maintain a clean work environment, leaving no trace Communicate effectively with customer & office Participate in additional classroom & on-job training ​​ Requirements Compensation based on experience & training, ranging from $19-$26 an hour, plus commission 3+ Years HVAC Experience- troubleshooting and repair Demonstrate a positive, courteous and polite attitude Basic electrical knowledge desirable Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability Follow directions as assigned High school diploma or GED required Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Pass company required Drug Screen and Background Requirements Able to meet physical demands of position, including but not limited to: standing, bending, squatting, climbing, reaching, lift or carry 75 lbs, fine manipulations, communicate effectively Company Description Looking for a new job?
