At least 2 years of experience in the Home Care setting Criminal Background Check MD state compliance for TB clearance. Signed form from a Physician stating you are "free/clear of communicable diseases and Fit to work" Valid driver's license as requested by clients Seeking male and female applicants Job Requirements Client Support : Ability to support client' ADL needs and adhere to individual requests and schedules Communication skills : Caregivers must communicate with the client in clear and concise ways to support all physical, emotional, mental and care needs of the client. Actively listens and speaks to all people with clarity, conciseness, control and connects with others in all interactions. Housekeeping Support : Ability to provide appropriate levels of support to Griswold clients in general housekeeping in the areas deemed necessary for the client. Dependability and Accountability : Ensures commitments and responsibilities to clients and Griswold are consistently met.
