Job Description All Manager positions Baltimore-Perry hall Summary we do not have a bus stop near by stop near so please have reliable transportation available. The Assistant Manager is generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin' Donuts & Baskin Robbins standards, franchisee standards and in compliance with all applicable laws. Responsibilities Include: the details are broken down in detail but the work is pretty straight forward manage Food, Labor and Cash. (these skills will be a PLUS but we can train if you can show the ability to learn).
