Job Description CoreSphere is seeking a detail oriented, experienced, energetic Proposal Manager to join our team. As the Proposal Manager you will be working closely with the Business Development team to evaluate key bid opportunities in order to lead the process of preparing and submitting successful proposals. In this role you will be expected to provide supervision and direction to guide personnel and processes that generate high quality winning proposals. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 10 years' experience writing proposals 5 years' experience managing the development of proposals Fully versed in proposal life cycle development process Management of process, proposal team and support writers · Read, analyze and interpret governmental solicitation, policies and procedures, and government regulations (DFARs and FARs) · Comprehend and process information accurately and rapidly · Strong working knowledge to with Word, Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Skills Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrating success in drafting narratives for winning proposals Demonstrate success in managing proposal teams Formal proposal training Excellent planning and organizational skills Superior analytic skills Experience in the supporting the capture process Ability to work on and oversee multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Ability to guide and direct diverse teams with varying proposal experience Professional Requirements: Ability to develop, plan and schedule proposals Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications Research and analyze historical data, develop cost models to support proposal efforts Coordinate activities and participates in fact-finding meetings Participate in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives Participates as a member of the contract negotiating team Lead strategy sessions on assigned proposals to develop win themes, and other strategic approaches Benefits: CoreSphere LLC offer competitive compensation along with outstanding benefits including Paid Time Off, Sick Leave, Public Holidays, STD/LTD, Health and Dental and 401(k).
