IT Help Desk Technician
Job Description We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer/software-related issues for the GKD employees. Responsibilities: Provide first line technical assistance with computer hardware and software; diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues. Determine urgency of request, document request and solutions, communicate progress to requester. Work with IT Manager to maintain, upgrade and install hardware and software as needed. Assist in the operation and continuous improvement of Global Shop Software ERP system Qualifications: Previous experience in IT, customer service Should have a mix of technical and customer service skills, with 2 years + experience. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, positive and professional demeanor. Should have knowledge of Windows XP, 7, 10, Windows Server, Mac OS, Google Web Apps, MS Office, Database, IT Protocols, Spiceworks. Must be familiar with PC hardware, Printers, scanners, peripherals, Mobile devices, Client PC connectivity, file server knowledge, directory permissions and Anti-Virus procedures.
