Cost Accountant/Financial Analyst
Job Description Vidoori, Inc., a rapidly growing small business that specializes in building strong Engineering teams that provide high quality, modern technical solutions to our clients is seeking an Accountant/Financial Analyst who will: Collect, track and pay AP invoices: subcontractor payments, corporate credit card, corporate insurance, licenses, rent etc.; Tracking corporate transactions with supporting documents using Expensify; Manage SpringAhead; Prepare budget and financial forecasts; Conduct month-end and year-end close process; Collect, analyze and summarize account information; Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc.; Develop periodic reports for management; Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures; Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation. Required Qualifications: 2-4 years of working experience as a cost accountant/financial analyst or in a relevant field Thorough knowledge of Accounting and Corporate Finance Principles and Procedures Knowledge of DCAA Compliance Regulations and Processes Knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and GAGAS (Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards) Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Experience with: QuickBooks, SpringAhead, Expensify, Microsoft Office Suite, Timesheets (or similar time tracking software) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with building pricing volumes in response to Federal RFPs/RFQs Advanced degree in Accounting CPA or CMA Master's degree preferred Experience: Seeking 2-4 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree Location: Silver Spring, Maryland Residency: Authorized to work in the US (US citizen, US green card) Employment Type: Full-Time Company Description Vidoori, Inc., a rapidly growing small business that specializes in building strong Engineering teams that provide high quality, modern technical solutions to our clients.
