Responsibilities: · Reports on a day to day basis to the Director of Technical Services, working in a post-sales capacity with our Project Manager and other technical staff. · Develop a strong understanding and detailed hands on experience of the product set and how its capabilities can be applied to meet customer needs. · Responsible for requirements definition, design, installation, product configuration, product familiarization training, acceptance testing and go-live support. · Create reports of work completed on the customer's site as well as provide status updates to the Project Manager. · Hand over projects to Customer Support Team upon completion. · Develop change requests and upgrades for existing customer deployments. Required Education/Skills: · Must have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related subject from a recognized college or university. · Must have strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written, with an ability to connect with, and understand, the customer's perspective and deliver a blend of product and services to meet the customer's goals and expectations. · Must be a good problem solver with a proven ability to understand, isolate and resolve difficult problems with enterprise applications, networks, operating systems and integrating with other systems. · Must have a minimum of 5 years technical hands on industry experience deploying enterprise security software using the following current technologies: o Microsoft Windows Operating Systems including basic configuration and administration skills o Microsoft SQL Server Databases including writing SQL queries o Domain and Directory Services o Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) / Certificate Authority o Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) o Smart Cards and Security Tokens · Networking: Understanding and Troubleshooting Desired Qualifications: · Identity and Credential Management System - MyID · Card Management Systems (CMS) or Identity Management Systems (IDMS) · PIV or CAC Card Programs and relevant specifications · Mobile Device Management (MDM) · Mobile Application Management (MAM) · Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Service configuration · Web Services Integration Experience Company Description PeopleCom provides professional recruiting services for employers seeking workforce solutions in the areas of: Government Contract Staffing Technology Staffing Staff Augmentation Marketing and Sales Experts Business Development Executives Senior Level Management Data Center Staffing Help Desk Staffing Call Center Staffing Temporary, temp-to-perm, and permanent placement services are available along with the new; proprietary PeopleNow contract for government contractors seeking to fulfill Federal Staffing requirements.
