CACIs National and Cyber Solutions (NCS) business group has multiple openings for talented solution architects who possess experience designing and leading the development of complex systems and applications. Our Reston, Virginia office is accessible via Metro and we have some opportunity to support flex schedules and remote work options. RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be a key member of a large software development program, comprised of multiple teams working together to modernize and enhance existing applications and develop new mission and business solutions. You will oversee all aspects of the software delivery services model from initial assessment of capabilities through design, build, test, and deploy. You will be accountable for all aspects of the continuous integration environments, development operations, testing, and information security assessments. You will implement and apply processes based on the Scaled Agile Framework to successfully build and deliver approximately 50 releases per year at varying complexities. Specific RESPONSIBILITIES include: . Responsible for day to day technical oversight of scaled agile teams . Makes hiring recommendations for all development staff . Accountable to the PM for meeting capability development and applicable performance and quality requirements . Communicates and collaborates with all ScrumMasters to discuss status of product development . Resolves blockers, tracks actions to closure. . Works with Portfolio Manager to perform Portfolio Management to refine and group roadmaps and backlogs . Work with Transition Manager to align and coordinate release activities . Communicates with Program Management and customer on status and schedule . Coordinates with the Rapid Response team to resolve high priority/ escalated operational issues . Provide day to day oversight, leadership, management of multiple Agile Teams including Solutions Architecture, Configuration Management, and Information Systems Security. . Participate in planning and design events . Communicate with key customer stakeholdersEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline and at least 10 years of software development experience. At least 12 years of experience is required for Associate degree holders, while only 8 years of experience is required for Master degree recipients. Individuals without a degree require at least 14 years of relevant experience. Required: . Experience with SW architecture methods and processes, multiple technical and coding standards and tools . Experience managing Agile development teams . Experience planning and executing multiple, concurrent product releases . Experience with DoD information security processes (eg Risk Management Framework) . Excellent interpersonal skills to operate effectively as part of a team (team sizes range from 3-20 persons) . Excellent oral and written communication skills . TS/SCI security clearance Desired: . Scaled Agile Framework Certified . Agile Certified Scrum Master . DoD 8570 IAT Level II certified (Security+) .
