Mobilize. Accelerate. The Sales Associate participates in a three to six month development program designed to prepare our associates for success as Account Executives. Sales Associates will become familiar with Sprint's products and services portfolio, understand customer business needs, and leverage internal sales support resources while increasing their overall proficiency.
