ABOUT THE JOB Industry Marketing Manager The Industry Marketer drives effective and comprehensive industry marketing and sales enablement programs. Must harness the industry expertise of the wider industry team and manage the industry centric go-to-market strategy, including marketing content and campaign packaging, supporting field marketing execution, sales enablement, and industry specific product positioning. Industry marketers must ensure the field organization creates and converts high quality leads. Industry marketers work closely with field marketing, inside sales, sales, sales management, product marketing and others. Tasks and Responsibilities: Support planning and execution for Industry centric go-to-markets. Leverage a team of industry experts, develop differentiated positioning and messaging for key go-to-markets. Manage the development of impactful sales and marketing materials including, webinars, web content, white papers, explainer videos etc. Coordinate cross functionally to develop innovative industry marketing campaigns. Support field marketing in the execution of those campaigns. Coordinate cross functionally with inside sales, sales and sales management to evaluate lead quality and lead to opportunity conversion ABOUT YOU Skills and Experience Proven creative product or industry marketer with excellent knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools. Proven ability to simplify and articulate complex technology and business value concepts through written and verbal communications. Creative messaging, communications and presentation skills, especially written communication. Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams, and third parties providers. Carries out projects on time and to a high standard with appropriate organization and planning (project management skills). Is target and success orientated. Academic Degree: BS Degree in Marketing, Business or other related field Professional Experience in year(s): 5 IT Skills: Advanced MS OfficeRegular Salesforce userMarketo experience a plus Languages: English Additional Requirements/ Soft Skills: Experience of designing and building creative marketing campaigns for execution across a broad range of channels and tactics, including digital channels. Experience of Account Based Marketing a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse global environment. Proven ability to lead a cross functional team and lead through influence. Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion simultaneously. Technical writing skills a plus. Excellent presentation skills.
