Carlisle Construction Materials, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology has an immediate opening for a Business/Financial Analyst, at its Carlisle, PA location. The Business/Financial Analyst will develop and manage reports to evaluate brand, product-line and customer sales and profitability. This position will engage with individuals from the leadership team and sales channel to identify opportunities to improve financial performance. Under the supervision of the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), this position will also collaborate with multiple functional areas to administer FP&A initiatives, and facilitate the enhancement of existing reporting processes and platforms. This position will require a travel requirement of 25% - 40% including overnight travel to various sales and manufacturing locations. Primary Job Responsibilities: Work with Manager of FP&A to execute and manage monthly/quarterly/annual brand & product-line profitability analysis and reporting Work with Sales/P&L leadership to analyze sales and billing data, and identify trends by region, product or customer Support the identification, execution and tracking of sales and margin improvement initiatives Support field sales with the identification of customer trends and growth opportunities Prepare recurring and ad-hoc business reporting for Sales and Manufacturing management Support annual and strategic improvement programs and business initiatives Prepare slides and presentations in support of numerous meetings and events Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field is required. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business or Financial Analyst, or equivalent role Hands-on experience in sales/margin reporting and generating dashboards across areas such as Sales, Manufacturing and Finance, with a strong Finance / Sales functional knowledge Ability to work with minimum supervision while engaging with Sales/P&L leadership to identify trends and document/track opportunities for improvement Results-focused, team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (eg array formulas, pivot & data tables) to mine transactional data and identify trends within KPIs Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Carlisle Construction Materials offers a competitive benefits package which includes 401k, medical/dental/prescription drug, and life insurance, flex spending, educational assistance, holiday and vacation pay.
